The hotel was ideal, the room was spacious and new-fashioned, had essentials for a brilliant stay. I liked the coastal area and unbeatable and excellent location right beside the airport. I had coffee at Anemos Club Restaurant, located within 5 minutes walk. The meals in the à la carte restaurant were savoury, good value...

Facilities were good, yet Wi-Fi was bad.

We had an incredible stay at the resort! The staff were extremely friendly and helpful, going above and beyond to make our experience unforgettable. The swim-up room was spotlessly clean and comfortable, and the food at all meal times was delicious with plenty of variety. The resort's location right by the beach was a lovely bonus, and we enjoyed the convenience of being close to the airport. The spa was also a highlight, providing top-notch massages that were worth every euro. we couldn't have asked for a better hotel experience and we will definitely be returning.

Newly remodelled hotel and the location in a "peaceful beach " was wonderful. Location: the venue was very close to Crete and the offshore island.

Recently renovated hotel, location particularly good in the abundant cafeteria style restaurant, pleasantly surprised by helpful staff and quiet atmosphere. Immaculately clean room with clean bathroom, and nice pool. Location so close to the airport, facilities including shows and the island.

The value for our money was exceptional, and the room was luxurious and spacious. The location was perfect, with a private beach and stunning views. The staff went above and beyond to ensure our comfort and satisfaction.

The breakfast selection could be more diverse and offer a wider variety of options.

Perfect place with good staff. Clean and absolutely gorgeous room with clean bathroom, balcony, for example. Early check in and friendly check out. Outdoor bar and good pool. Great overall experience.

This hotel exceeded all our expectations! The location was perfect, quiet yet convenient for exploring. The private beach and outdoor pool were absolutely jaw-dropping. Our room was modern and had everything we needed, including a safe and refrigerator. The staff were incredibly friendly and always willing to assist. The food selection was GREAT and we never had to wait for drinks thanks to the hardworking bartender. The early check-in was a pleasant surprise and the hotel itself was beautifully maintained and clean. The all-inclusive package was a fantastic value, with delicious buffet meals and snacks throughout the day. The bus stop nearby made it easy to explore the surrounding area. We couldn't have asked for a better stay and will definitely be returning to this incredible gem of a place!

The staff were extremely friendly and helpful, always going above and beyond to assist us. The receptionist even helped us book a meeting at a local salon. The food at the hotel was delicious, although it did lack variety. We also loved the pool and private beach, which were both well-maintained and provided a relaxing atmosphere. the hotel offered a range of amenities such as a gym, board games, and live shows in the evenings.

There were a few negatives during our stay. as vegetarians, we found that the hotel didn't have many options for us, and the dishes became repetitive after a couple of days.

The pool was like, goals, with a swim-up bar and awesome DJ playing sick tunes. And the private beach was straight fire for all our beach volleyball and tanning sessions. Plus, there were live shows and parties every night, so we never had a dull moment. It was the ultimate vacay for young party-goers like us!

The only thing we wished was better was the nightclub scene. Don't get me wrong, the hotel had great parties, but we were hoping for a nearby club to hit up for some extra turn up.

Great breakfast and proximity to the city are the best aspects of this hotel. A wide selection of breakfast items is available, making for a great start to the day. being close to the city is a big bonus, especially on those days when the weather isn't great and sightseeing is a better option than the beach. Lastly, the hotel has a nice pool, perfect for a relaxing swim during the day.

The hotel staff could use some improvement, with poor customer service being the worst aspect. The reception staff lacked friendliness and weren't very helpful when asked for recommendations.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel with great cleanliness, amazing facilities, and helpful staff. The location was very convenient since it was very close to the airport and the port of Heraklion, making it easy to access transportation. The breakfast was delicious and had a lot of options to choose from.
